We found a great quick service meal steps away from the crowds at Disney’s California Adventure- Craftsman Grill at the Grand Californian. Until this last trip, we had never had a meal here and we were completely blown away by the quality and atmosphere of this quick service gem.

Food
We think that the food here is definitely a step up from the parks quick service options and well worth the five minute walk from DCA or from Downtown Disney.
Kim had a fruit plate and dessert (they looked way too good to pass up!),and it was probably the best cut fruit she’s ever had, let alone at Disney. The menu has more quality choices than other quick service places. Guests in our group had the Charcuterie Flatbread pizza, pepperoni pizza, and the Flat Iron Steak Salad. All of them said their choice was delicious. The kid’s menu had a choice of chicken tenders with fruit or french fries or parmesan crusted grilled cheese.
Everything was fresh and so yummy- we agreed it would make our top list of quick service restaurants at Disneyland for sure!

How to get there
If you are coming from Disney California Adventure, head to the entrance to the Grand Californian across from Grizzly River Rapids.
You can also get there from Downtown Disney or Disneyland. The entrance to the Grand Californian is right after World of Disney shop (look for the Craftsman pillars). Wind your way to the main lobby and turn to go by the pool. Walk around the pool and Craftsman is at the end of the walkway.
