Why we are different

We do all the heavy lifting. You won’t need to pick your rentals or make any matches for your resort. We match renters to your points and maximize your points so you don’t have to. We also have a waitlist of renters so matching is fast, depending on the number of points. Our average time is around 2 weeks. You can also have the choice of how you want to be paid: Venmo, Paypal, or Check. We also handle all of the tax paperwork for you.

Can Owners Rent out their Points?

Yes! DVC owners can rent out their PERSONAL points. If you have bought Disney Vacation Club for the purpose of using them, and then this year can’t, you can rent out your points so others can use them. What Disney doesn’t want is people buying up large contracts of points for the sole purpose of renting them out as a business.

Our Step By Step Process for Owners

We have renters waiting for you! After submitting the form, our team will search the database of renters to find a match. Once a match is found, you will receive a text and an email directly from us to confirm if you'd like to proceed.

If you choose to move forward, booking details will be shared, along with instructions to log into your DVC account to finalize the reservation.

After the booking is complete, send us a screenshot of the confirmation via email.

Once the renter links the reservation to their account, 70% of the payment will be sent. The remaining 30% will be sent after the renter checks into their hotel stay, providing extra protection for the renter.

We pay more than any of our competitors at $18.50 a DVC point- No matter the resort or how soon the reservation starts!  No complicated systems or making you sign up before you know the payout.
