Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves on being flexible and understand that sometimes life happens. That’s why we offer our Pixie Stress-Free Policy, which allows you to receive a refund to your original form of payment no charge. This policy is included in the price of your rental — unlike many competitors, we do not charge an additional fee for cancellation coverage. Booking Process
We are unique in that we do not charge a deposit simply to research or check availability for your rental request.
However, once:
- A rental has been agreed upon, and
- You have completed the rental information form so we can submit the booking to the DVC owner,
A non-refundable $105 deposit is required.Both the DVC owner and our team invest significant time securing and finalizing your reservation. If you cancel at any point after booking, the $105 deposit is non-refundable and is retained to cover the work completed by the DVC owner and our team.
