Our Contract for Renting Disney Vacation Club

One of our goals as a broker is to always be transparent as a company. We want you to know everything you need upfront so that you can have the best experience. We’ve updated our contract when renting from us to include a new cancellation policy.
Before you dive in, here’s what most people want to know about the contract.
DPG Enterprises LLC dba Pixie Point Gals, hereinafter referred to as Broker, is acting solely as an intermediary between a Disney Vacation Club Member, hereinafter referred to as Owner, and Your Name hereinafter referred to as Renter. Owner certifies that they hold and will maintain a valid Disney Vacation Club membership with sufficient vacation points to secure and manage the reservation described in this agreement. Owner has authorized Broker to facilitate this agreement with Renter. Renter certifies a desire to rent the reservation and agrees to make all payments required under this contract.
This agreement is for accommodations only. No tickets, meals, transportation, insurance, or additional services are included unless specifically stated. Owner retains full ownership of all vacation points and full control of the reservation at all times.
Renter ResponsibilitiesRenter agrees to comply with all Disney Vacation Club and Disney Resort policies, rules, and requirements. Renter agrees to provide a valid credit card upon check-in and to pay all charges, fees, or damages incurred during the stay. If Disney assesses any charges or damages to Owner’s membership as a result of Renter’s stay, Renter agrees to reimburse Owner within ten business days of receiving notice. A forwarded email or communication from Disney shall constitute sufficient notice.
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner and Broker from any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from actions of Renter, anyone in Renter’s party, or any invited guests.
Daily housekeeping is limited, room requests are not taken, and all preferences must be submitted directly by Renter. Pets are not permitted except for ADA defined service animals. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Construction or refurbishment may occur at any time and may impact Renter’s experience. Owner and Broker are not responsible for any disruptions or changes to Disney operations or amenities.
Renter agrees to pay the rental rate of $_____ USD per point plus any applicable credit card or PayPal processing fees. When applicable, Renter is also responsible for Transient Taxes charged at Aulani or the Villas at Disneyland Hotel — such taxes will be collected by the Hotel at time of check-in. Owner will not modify the reservation unless Renter specifically requests changes.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations are non-transferable unless approved with Broker. Once a rental has been agreed upon and Renter has completed the rental information form and Broker has submitted the booking to the DVC Owner, the following schedule applies:

Broker and Owner are not responsible for travel delays, personal emergencies, weather events, Disney operational changes, or any circumstance beyond their control.
Reservation Details
This signed contract and final payment of $0,000.00 USD is due within 24 hours of receiving the Resort Confirmation Number. Full remaining balance is due by 5:00 PM EST, 03/03/2026. If payment or signed contract is not received by the due date, Owner may cancel the reservation without compensation to Renter.
Broker accepts payments through Venmo, PayPal, or by Credit Card at pixiepointgals.com. Renter is responsible for all PayPal fees at the time of each transaction. No other payment method will be accepted unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If any payment is returned for insufficient funds, Broker may cancel the reservation without compensation to Renter.
Agreement & Signatures
By signing below, Renter certifies that the above Reservation Details are complete and accurate. Broker, Owner, and Renter hereby agree to all terms and conditions of this contract. Any modifications are unenforceable unless in writing and signed by both Owner and Broker. This contract shall be governed under the laws of the State of Utah. If any portion is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in force.
