At Pixie Point Gals, we know plans can change as quickly as a monorail schedule! That’s why we’ve outlined a clear cancellation policy to help keep things simple and stress-free. Whether you’re adjusting dates, shifting guests, or needing to cancel altogether, our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible so you can focus on the magic of your trip.
Our cancellation policy:
- You have 24 hours from us making the reservation to cancel without a penalty.
- You can add, change any name on the reservation without penalty.
- Up to 32 days before check in, if you need to cancel, you have the option to have us try to re-rent your points used for the reservation or try to rebook using the same points/owner. There is a small rebooking fee for changes to a reservation.
- Because of DVC point rules, any cancellations made after the 32 day mark, we are not able to refund or reschedule your trip.
