Our Step by Step Process

Wondering how the process works for renting DVC? Here is the breakdown on how it works when you rent from us:

Submit a Reservation Request: Begin by filling out the Reservation Request form on our site. This will give us ideas of what you resorts, locations, room size, etc. If you are curious about price, we have a price calendar to help you plan!
Availability Search: The Pixie Point Gals team will then search for availability at your requested resorts. This process involves checking with the DVC site and seeing what is available. We also have to look at the owners we currently have to match your with their points/resorts.
Reservation Confirmation: Once availability is confirmed, we then ask you for the go ahead to make the booking. We then send you a google form to get all of the guests information to complete the booking with the owner.
Link to Disney Experience App- After the owner makes the booking, we have you link the reservation to your mydisneyexperience app (either the Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani app,etc.). Here is disney step by step guide to link.
Contract– After you link your reservation, we will send a rental contract via Docusign.
Payment Process- We then will send you a text with an invoice for payment on our site. We do accept credit cards. Notably, our website codes transactions as travel, which can be advantageous if you’re using credit card points or miles to cover the cost.
Enjoy Your Stay: With everything set, you’re ready to enjoy your Disney vacation with accommodations secured at a fraction of the standard cost.
