You can make a reservation up to 11 months from the check in date at an owners resort, and 7 months for most resorts.

We understand that sometimes vacation plans can change.  Because of how DVC works, we will try to reschedule your dates if available (for a small change fee).  No changes to a reservation can be made after 32 days before check in date.

There are 13 deluxe resorts at WDW:

• Animal Kingdom Kidani, Animal Kingdom Jambo, Bay lake, Beach Club, Boardwalk, Boulder Ridge, Copper Creek, Cabins at Wilderness resort, Grand Floridian, Old Key West, Polynesian, Riviera, Saratoga Springs.

2 Disneyland Hotels:

• Grand Californian and Villas at Disneyland Hotel

3 Beach Resorts:

• Aulani (Hawaii), Vero Beach (Florida) and Hilton Head (South Carolina)

Your trash is picked up daily, and light housekeeping on the 4 day of your stay.

A confirmed reservation is one that has already been made in an owners name, so you have no worry about availability.  When you rent a confirmed reservation, the owner will change the names of the guest to your party and you can then link it to your Disney account.

We charge:

$21.50 per DVC point for reservations under 7 months to check in.

$21.50 per DVC point for reservations 7-11 months at standard resorts.

$22.50 per DVC point for reservations 7-11 months at premium resorts.
