Fuel Rods at Disneyland

Let us introduce you to your new friend- the Fuel Rod. Between making lightning lane reservations, checking wait times, ordering lunch with mobile order, you phone battery can take a beating.  It’s not unusual for me to have drained my phone battery by early afternoon.  Here’s a great solution because it’s smaller that a battery pack(small enough to fit in a pocket or not take up hardly any space in your park bag), and a almost half price on on Amazon.

Save $$ and buy it on Amazon.  You can get a two pack for $34 (I bought my two pack on prime day for $23), but at the Disney parks they are $30 a piece!  So make sure to buy it before you leave for your trip to save time and money. It comes complete with small charging cord, USB C cord, and apple lightning cord. I personally think the cords are beyond small, so I would bring in my park bag a longer cord.  I also love that we have two  so someone could use it for their phone, and someone else could use one for a battery fan.

How it’s perfect for the parks

Unlike a regular battery pack, you don’t need to worry about keeping the battery pack charged!  There are kiosks throughout Disneyland and California Adventure, that you can exchange your fuel rod for a fully charged one for FREE! You can exchange as many times as you want, just put your used rod in the top and a fully charged one comes out and you are on your way!
