Grocery Delivery to Disney World
Ordering groceries is a superb way to save money on your DVC vacation. Let’s talk about our suggestions for companies used for Grocery Delivery to Disney World, and what we suggest to order for your next Disney vacation in Florida.
Where to order
Vacation Grocery Delivery
This is who we use each time we go to Walt Disney World. This company is founded by former cast members that know the system at Disney World inside and out and love Disney. We love using them because they charge a flat fee for delivery instead of marking each item up like instacart. They also will deliver to bell services and make sure that your groceries are stored for you while you are at the parks or are traveling. Bonus- because they are cast members, they try to add Disney touches like finding Mickey shaped waffles and ice cream bars for us.

Walmart plus
If you have a subscription (bonus if your credit card pays for it!), you can have Walmart deliver for you. We did this when we stayed at the Grand Cypress and could meet the delivery person in the lobby for our order. The problem people have had on property is that delivery people are leaving their orders at the resort room door instead of at Bell Services. So perishable items are ruined. If you can meet your shopper, this is another good choice.
Instacart
This is our least favorite way to get groceries on a Disney Vacation. Instacart marks up each item, charge for delivery, and have been unreliable the few times we have used their service, canceling at the last minute.

Ideas for Your order
Drinks
cases of water
gatorade
soda (plastic individual bottles usually travel better in the park than cans)
capri sun
water flavor drops (because Florida water tastes like swamp water!)
breakfast items
cereal
milk
eggs
toaster waffles (we ordered the mickey shaped kind!)
juice
poptarts
muffins/doughnuts

Snacks for the parks (try to get individual size packs)
pretzels
fruit snacks
pringles
granola bars
trail mix
fruit (bananas, grapes, apples)
baby carrots
string cheese
microwave popcorn (for either at night or to fill up popcorn buckets in the morning)
Other
Zip lock bags (we order both gallon and quart) for snacks but also for phones on wet rides, kids extra clothes or wet clothes in the rain.
Diapers (including swim diapers)- don’t waste space in your luggage by having to pack diapers, but have them included in your grocery delivery to Disney World.
Laundry pods if you are doing a lot of laundry (but most resort will give you free laundry soap for the machines)
How Groceries work with Bell services
Bell service will hold your delivered groceries for you in their large walk in fridge and freezer. You can then either have them deliver the bags to your villa, or pick it up on the way in (they are usually either outside the main lobby door, or right inside the main lobby.
If your vacation includes a split stay, then bell services can not only transfer your bags but non perishable food also.
