Extended Hours for Hollywood Studios
Disney announced this last week that not only will Guests staying at a Deluxe Resort at Walt Disney World (this includes all Disney Vacation Club resorts, Swan, Dolphin, and Reserve) will have extended hours after the park closes at Magic Kingdom and Epcot, but also at Hollywood Studios!

Looking at the calendar, I’m guessing that because of the special ticketed Halloween party at Magic Kingdom during these weeks, Disney has replaced Magic Kingdom extended hours with Hollywood studios.
(Fingers crossed Disney decides to keep it permanently!)
September 30, October 5, October 11, October 19 and October 25, 2023.

Attractions open
Not all attractions (Rise of the Resistance is noticeably not on the list) are open during extended hours, but most are!

How it works
Each guest must have either a park reservation and ticket for Hollywood Studios for that day, or have a ticket/ annual pass with a park hopper included. If you are park hopping, you can enter the park anytime after 2 pm. If you are park hopping, you do not need a park reservation for your second park.
When park closes, you must show proof (either by magic band, on your phone, or ticket) that you have a deluxe resort reservation that is linked to your account for that night. Extended hours are generally TWO HOURS after park closes, so check the park calendar.
Select food and snack options are open during extended hours.
Don’t worry-transportation will run to resorts during extended hours and after the parks close. This includes buses, monorail and skyliner, so no problem getting back to your hotel late at night!
