10 things You Can’t Bring on a Disney Cruise
We are getting ready for our next Disney Cruise. The pile of items we want to pack seems to get bigger by the hour! But If your pile of items to pack for you Disney Cruise includes any of the following, you can leave them at home, they are not allowed on Disney Cruise line. Pack these instead!

1.Weapons of any kind
This makes sense, but no weapons or ammunition permitted on board. But this also includes pepper spray, scissors (more than 4″), and knives of any sort.
2.Medical Marijuana
Even if you are sailing from or stopping at ports where this is legal, it is not legal to bring on board, even with a prescription.
3.Hard alcohol
You are allowed to board with 2 bottles of wine (or champagne) and 6 beers (no larger than 12 ounces each), but nothing harder than that. But you can bring the same amount back from each port also.
4. Blenders, Rice cookers and such
No small cooking appliances are allowed in staterooms, so no making smoothies in the morning.
5.Drones
No drones are allowed to be used on board and will be confiscated.

6.Streaming devices (they won’t work anyway!) and power strips
Leave your apple TV or Amazon Fire stick at home. The TV’s in your room don’t have the capability to use them. Power strips are a no-no, instead bring a USB tower to charge phones, power banks, handheld fans.
7.Musical instruments
Need to practice everyday for your upcoming violin competition? It’s not happening on a Disney Cruise, which makes sense- I’m not sure I want my stateroom to include background violin!
8.Large coolers with Food
Not sure why you would need a cooler with food when food on the ship is included, and with space in a stateroom a premium, I’m not needing this, but in case you do, the are not allowed on Disney Cruise lines.
9.Irons and Clothing Steamers
This can be a pain, especially if you are packing that perfect linen shirt for the Caribbean. No steamers or irons can be packed on board, but you are allowed to use the iron in the laundry room on the ship.
10. Some toys and sporting equipment
Toy swords for pirate night are okay but it’s a no to pool noodles, boogie boards, surf boards, roller blades. Golf clubs are allowed but need to stay in your stateroom until you go play your round of gold at the port.
